In this newly created position, your responsibilities will include: Client and Visitor Engagement: Greet and assist visitors, offering exceptional customer service to ensure a professional experience. Phone and Email Management: Answer, screen, and forward calls; manage incoming emails and direct them to the right team members. Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange meetings, appointments, and reminders with seamless logistics. Administrative Support: Provide a wide range of support to staff and management, handling office tasks and ad-hoc errands as required. Office Environment: Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by providing beverages to clients and ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and ready. The ideal candidate will have: At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, office support, or administrative role, ideally in a corporate or commercial environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to solve problems and manage tasks autonomously. A positive, adaptable attitude, eager to learn and improve.
