The Opportunity: Be based out of an amazing, friendly and high-performing team in the head office, managing the reporting and administrative functions for the site and FM contracts of a service provider. Reporting into the business team, you will work in a friendly, small team and be involved in the following: Overseeing and managing all contractor inductions, contractor reviews and compliance Ensuring compliance of contractors with relation to SWMs, JSA’s, licences, modern slavery reviews. Maintaining and updating records for all contractors Creating purchase orders and invoicing General administrative duties relating to the contract, including WHS Working closely with the client and building an excellent relationship Greeting customers or staff coming onto the site in a friendly manner Recording and updating information on the integrated facilities management system Why you should apply: You will have the autonomy to run with things and take the initiative and engage with contractors.
