Where required, you will also ensure the deployment of a rigorous risk management system, Risk Register and liaise with stakeholders to identify mitigation measures. DUTIES Manage all new and existing contracts across the network of Council for the tender process, documentation, evaluation and overall contract management Receive and manage contract deliverables, variations, changes, etc. Ensure contract is being met and delivered between Council & the Contractors Monitor budgetary spending against pre-determined targets. Weigh up options on a cost basis to make recommendations and continuously look for greater efficiency within projects SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Tertiary Qualifications in Project Management, Business Administration or relevant experience in Contract Administration Contract management experience in civil, building and open space projects is desirable Adaptable and flexible attitude, someone who takes initiative and immerses themselves in the role Good communication skills, verbal and written with proficiency in Microsoft Suite CULTURE Enjoy a vibrant workspace with a small, collaborative, and energetic team.
