Our client, a leading provider of fluid transfer solutions, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join their National Office in Kings Park as a Customer Service Representative. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team About the Role: • Customer Service: Manage customer orders, inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring quick resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction. • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, the sales team, and other key stakeholders to enhance the company’s reputation. • Job Costing & Quoting: Handle job costing and quoting processes, utilising Micronet and Excel (training provided). • Stock Control: Support stock control activities, including transfers and deletions. • Order Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, coordinating with logistics for smooth operations. • General Administration: Manage backorder reports, contract pricing administration, and other essential administrative tasks. • Logistics Support: Assist with logistics to ensure the seamless flow of customer orders and services. Key Responsibilities: • Strong customer service experience, ideally within a manufacturing or fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Experience with job costing, quoting, and order processing (Micronet knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided). • Familiarity with stock control and contract pricing administration. • Previous experience in logistics or manufacturing environments is highly advantageous. • Excellent communication skills and leadership ability. • Strong attention to detail and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
