Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients and maintain high presence in the marketplace. Helping identify potential clients and properties to sell. Analysing the sales potential of properties using the standard valuation models. Actively pursue new appointments to act for organisations, especially focusing on fostering existing and new relationships with businesses likely to result in ongoing opportunities for Colliers Coordinate marketing & selling of properties including organising signboards, brochures, advertising, Information Memorandums, videos and site inspections.
