You will need to be an excellent communicator, organised, and can prioritise and consistently exceed customer expectations. Duties include: Utilities your technical, commercial and sales skills by providing customer support. Responding to customer enquiries (Contractors & Wholesalers). Providing pricing information, organizing quotes & invoices. Maintain & grow customer relationships by offering solutions and information. Skills & experience required: Experience could be in a variety of industries including gas, heating, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical. Top notch customer service & internal sales skills are a must A proven sales record will receive additional interest. Good IT knowledge – Salesforce experience is advantageous.
