About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join a leading Melbourne Builder, who work on Complex refurbishments and fitouts up to the value of $30m. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional looking to contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality projects while managing all aspects of contract administration. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation, execution, and management of contracts for construction projects. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations. Act as the main point of contact for all contract-related communications. Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, subcontracts, and variations. Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and clients to ensure all contractual matters are addressed. Resolve any contract disputes or claims, providing support as required. Monitor and track contract performance to ensure project goals are met efficiently. Key Skills & Qualifications: 3 years Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the commercial construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Relevant qualifications in construction management, law, or related fields (desirable). Why Apply?
