Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed estimates and tenders for commercial construction projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to assess project viability. Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing. Manage take-offs, cost breakdowns, and procurement processes . Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality. Use estimation software such as CostX, EstimateOne & BidContender . What You’ll Bring: Proven experience as an Estimator on commercial projects up to $100M . Strong understanding of cost estimation, procurement, and construction methodologies . Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client and supplier relationships. High-level organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in estimation software and relevant construction tools . Perth-based experience with full Australian work rights.
