About the Role As Sales Director, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth globally. With a strong focus on export markets, you’ll play a critical role in expanding the brand's footprint across international markets. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across e-commerce, wholesale, and distribution channels. Identify new market opportunities, prioritize sales channels, and expand into global markets. Lead the charge on achieving ambitious global sales revenue targets and KPIs. E-Commerce & Omnichannel Optimization Drive e-commerce growth by optimizing online customer experiences, website performance, and digital marketing. Integrate omnichannel strategies to create a seamless experience across all sales platforms. Wholesale & Distributor Management Oversee wholesale operations, pricing strategies, and inventory management to maximize revenue. Negotiate and manage distributor agreements, expanding reach in both domestic and international markets. Ensure retail partners maintain brand integrity through visual merchandising standards. Key Account & Partnership Development Build and nurture relationships with key accounts, retailers, and online marketplaces. Develop customized sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each partner. Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings and increase market penetration. Global Market Expansion Attend trade shows, industry events, and conferences to promote the brand and generate new business leads. Travel internationally to meet clients, support sales initiatives, and strengthen relationships with distribution partners. What We’re Looking For 10 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the toys, infant, or gifting industries with global market exposure. Proven success in driving double-digit revenue growth from a base of $10M. Strong e-commerce and omnichannel experience with a focus on optimizing digital sales channels. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing sales teams. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to identifying growth opportunities.
