Sales Manager – Electrical & Mechanical Engineering Services Sydney Based Position Australian M&E Engineering Services Company $120K - $140K plus super plus car plus bonus The Company Paragon Talent Solutions has been engaged to assist an Australian owned mechanical and electrical engineering organisation who are in a phase of growth. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to help expand the presence of their services in NSW. This is a permanent position based in Sydney and would suit a sales professional with a strong mechanical and/or electrical background who enjoys engaging with clients and assisting them by providing excellent M&E solutions. The Position As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide tailored mechanical and electrical service solutions Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in industrial sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, and construction Leverage technical knowledge to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and communicate value to clients Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery that meets client expectations Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction Identify and pursue growth opportunities through partnerships and new markets Manage key accounts to maximize revenue potential and foster long-term partnerships Support service expansion by aligning offerings with market demands and client needs This is an exciting period for our client who is currently very busy and is in high demand from their customers. The successful candidate will receive a salary of $120K - $140K plus super plus car plus bonus.
