To be successful in this role, we seeking candidates with the below: Proven record in open-cut coal mining operations. Territory of Mining Engineer Qualification or equivalent. Medium-term planning experience, or someone with Short-term experience who wants to bring his career to the next level. Document and report generation, including presenting to key stakeholders. 2 years of experience in an open-cut coal mining environment. Dedication to zero harm and HSE throughout the project Australian working rights. Your Responsibilities: Develop and refine medium-term mine plans (1-3 years) for the open-cut coal operation. Work with other departments to ensure targets and goals are met Create and manage detailed schedules to meet production targets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and operational performance Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, health and safety standards, and all local mining laws.
