Join our team as a Solution Engineer, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving solar innovation and ensuring compliance with Australian standards. You will collaborate with both local and Shenzhen R&D teams, translating market needs into groundbreaking solutions. Your expertise will shape the future of sustainable energy while helping us stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Represent the company in Australian Standards workshops and committees. Build relationships with key stakeholders in the Australian renewable energy market. Collaborate with local product teams and Shenzhen R&D teams to develop cutting-edge power electronics and energy storage systems. Stay updated on regulations, policies, and trends to drive product innovation. Partner with clients to address complex solar system designs and deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic inverters or energy storage industry (lithium battery experience is a bonus). Strong knowledge of AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 5033, AS/NZS 4777, and AS/NZS 5139 standards. Proven skills in presales, post-sales support, and customer satisfaction. An understanding of Virtual Power Plants (VPPs) and the broader solar energy landscape. Excellent communication skills (bonus if proficient in Chinese).
