We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior New Product Introduction (NPI) Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production Engineering team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting to the Production Engineering and Contract Manufacturing Manager. About the Role Support production by resolving technical and quality issues as required. Represent production on new product design cross-functional teams, providing constructive technical feedback and recommendations. Manage and execute manufacturing activities related to NPI and production engineering departments. Generate and maintain relevant NPI/production engineering documentation and reports. Develop manufacturing strategies to meet expected business outcomes. Engage external suppliers as appropriate. Understand project risks, develop contingencies, track milestones, and deliver project outcomes on time. Ensure compliance with in-house and external standards and promote changes to support ongoing compliance. Introduce and maintain production procedures and related QMS processes as required. Provide training on new equipment, processes, and procedures. Define and carry out process validation/verification activities and documentation. About You Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar discipline. 5 years of practical industry experience in NPI/ Manufacturing environment Experience in NPI Process development and handover. Experience in writing equipment specifications. Experience in product CoGs analysis. Experience in utilising Lean Principles. Knowledge of ISO standards and regulations. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and get along with work colleagues. Organised and detail-oriented, able to meet deadlines. Able to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritise competing demands. Demonstrated experience in working in engineering XFT projects. Demonstrated ability to developing and validating manufacturing processes. Proficient in generating line layouts, process flow diagrams, validation protocols and manufacturing documentation.
