We are currently recruiting a qualified Senior Mining Engineer to join one of our key clients. As a Senior Mining Engineer, you will be a key member of their Technical Service team and responsible for planning, scheduling, and budgeting to deliver efficient coal production. Key Responsibilities: Short-term planning. Medium-term planning. Monthly reconciliation. Assist with 5-year and long-term planning. Lead, plan, organise, manage, and control all compliance requirements. Assistance in other areas of Technical Service as required (gas drainage, geotechnical, ventilation, survey). About You: 5 years's experience in underground coal mining. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to manage workload and satisfy stakeholder expectations regarding deadlines. Computer skills - Microsoft suite, Deswik mine scheduling and design software, AutoCAD/Vulcan.
