We are seeking a dynamic and skilled full time Engineering Technologist to support our expanding team and projects. Key Responsibilities: Apply engineering principles to solve technical challenges and support the development of solar energy systems. Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of solar power systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Conduct tests and experiments to ensure the quality, functionality, and efficiency of solar energy solutions. Utilize advanced technology and engineering tools for system analysis and project planning. Stay updated on industry trends, codes, and technological advancements to ensure innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive innovation. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the engineering process, from design to installation and beyond. Work closely with other industry professionals to ensure project success and integration of the latest technologies. Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Analyse engineering trends and explore new, innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of solar installations. Requirements: Relevant qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Proven experience (1-2 years) in a similar role in the solar energy or engineering sector. Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical engineering principles, and sustainable energy practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks under tight deadlines. Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulations. A passion for renewable energy and contributing to sustainability initiatives. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
