In a short time they are already trusted by some huge names (this project is focused on the Melbourne F1 Grand Prix ) and their journey is just beginning. They are seeking an experienced Front End Developer to take ownership of their mission-critical web application Engage with modern tech stacks and, Own the development process. What you’ll be doing Immediate Focus on the Existing Codebase : We require someone who can work effectively within the current codebase without proposing a complete rebuild. While a rebuild is planned for later, our priority is maintaining and optimising the existing system until the end of March. Problem-Solving Under Pressure : Ideally they should have experience managing high-pressure projects with short-term deliverables and demonstrate a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Develop, maintain, and optimise the front-end solution using React and related technologies. Implement pre-approved UI/UX designs with precision and user focus. Collaborate with the Lead Engineer and other team members to ensure consistent integration with the back-end. Ensure high standards of performance, responsiveness, and stability in the front-end application. Assist in producing and maintaining front-end documentation as needed. Participate in A/B testing, feature releases, and deployment activities. What you’ll bring to the team Extensive front-end development experience with React.js and state management tools (e.g. Redux). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines. Experience with secure and scalable web applications. Knowledge of Git, including branching and PR workflows.
