About Northern Health: Northern Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north. Services are provided through our five main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn Centre, and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg. About the Role: This role requires a skilled and motivated Cloud Solutions Engineer to design, implement, and maintain cloud-based solutions primarily within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. As a key contributor to the organisation’s technology strategy, you will help address complex business challenges by building scalable, secure, and innovative cloud services. This position is a full time ongoing role - working 80 hours per fortnight. This role is responsible for: Designing and deploying Azure-based solutions to meet organisational and stakeholder needs. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver practical and secure cloud services. Enhancing system capabilities by exploring and integrating Azure features such as Logic Apps, App Services, Azure AI, and more. Ensuring the scalability, security, and performance of new and existing cloud solutions. Supporting the organisation’s adoption of multi-cloud technologies, including AWS and Google Cloud, where applicable. To be successful in this role you will have: Experience and good working knowledge of: Microsoft Azure services such as App Services, Logic Apps, Azure AI, and DevOps. Cloud solution architecture, deployment strategies, and security best practices. Work autonomously on complex projects and deliver results within deadlines. Identify and integrate innovative technologies to solve organisational challenges. Problem-solving skills in designing and maintaining cloud solutions. Collaboration with diverse teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with emerging cloud technologies. Next Steps . . .
