About the Role: As an Administrator , you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm. Your responsibilities will include: Managing client communications (phone, email, in-person) Handling document management, filing, and data entry Assisting accountants with administrative tasks Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Processing invoices and payments General office support and reception duties About You: We are looking for someone who is: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Friendly, professional, and great at communication Proficient in accounting software A team player with a proactive attitude Experienced in an administrative role (experience in an accounting or professional services firm is a bonus) What’s in It for You?
