About the roles Administrative Officer As the backbone of corporate support team for our sporting venues, you’ll ensure operations run seamlessly. You’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide vital support to our staff, all while maintaining an organized and efficient workplace. Customer Engagement Officer : Be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding service and support. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure each customer interaction is positive and professional. Procurement Assistant : Support the Asset and Infrastructure team by providing critical financial and procurement administrative support. Strong decision-making skills, capable of managing tasks independently within set timeframes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with a diverse stakeholder Demonstrated proficiency in working with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new systems and applications.
