About the Opportunity Reporting to the Project Manager on site you will be working as part of a supportive, close-knit management team. You will have experience in managing complex contracts and finance functions including KPI & budget management, invoicing, payroll, accounts receivable and debtor management, along with broader site administration duties. Exceptional attention to detail and your proven ability to engage and influence internal and external clients, colleagues and suppliers will be critical in this role. About You Our ideal candidate will be an energetic team player and possess the following skills and attributes: Very high attention to detail with strong finance and/or senior level administration background; High level consultative, analytical and proactive, problem solving skills; Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills; Strong leadership skills and an ability to manage both up and down; Advanced level with Microsoft Suite and proven experience with ERP systems – Pronto, INX and SAP or similar, highly desirable; Ability to own multiple projects with competing deadlines whilst delivering maximum results; Continuous improvement mindset with a consultative approach to implementing changes.
