Duties Undertake research and analysis of human resources related data to enhance the department’s HR information systems and reporting capabilities, ensuring high quality service and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with the Manager Operational Services to manage and administer the Department’s HR systems and reporting requirements. Develop and maintain various HR reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, including the identification of trends, issues and provision advice to management based on analysis of the data. Provide appropriate training, documentation, advice and support to stakeholders on HR system functionality, reporting requirements and data analysis. Undertake quality assurance and data integrity activities to ensure efficient and accurate payroll, recruitment and establishment service. Identify opportunities and assist in the development, implementation and review of broader business services improvement initiatives, including system integration.
