Professional development opportunities with a defined personalised annual budget Access to flexible working arrangements, which include working from home arrangements You will work in a tight-knit, supportive team to ensure you succeed in your role Job Description YOUR ROLE The Administrative Assistant, Child Safety and Compliance is a will assist the General Manager, Child Safety and General Manager, Compliance and the to manage compliance and child safety processes and improve governance processes and systems by consistently delivering timely, accurate, high-level administration support of both General Managers. Working independently and as part of both teams, the successful incumbent to this role will identify and deliver initiatives to advance and improve compliance and child safety administration in MACS while providing high level professional support to the General Manager, Child Safety and the General Manager, Compliance. This role would suit an experienced administrative professional with strong attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate will have advanced ICT skills (Microsoft Office, Power BI, Google Docs) and the ability to prepare agendas, training materials, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy. They will be adept at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive data WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide high-level administrative support, including preparing daily schedules, agendas, minutes, and correspondence. Assist the Child Safety and Compliance teams with creating training materials and maintaining attendance records. Coordinate and attend meetings, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication. Respond as the first point of contact for a variety of enquiries, showcasing professionalism and organizational knowledge. Prepare briefing papers, committee documents, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Manage competing priorities and workflows while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to organizational policies. ABOUT YOU You are a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. You excel in written and verbal communication, maintaining professionalism in all interactions. You have advanced ICT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Google Docs. You build strong relationships with stakeholders and thrive in both team and autonomous work environments. You are highly adaptable, capable of managing conflicting priorities, and responsive to supervision when needed. You handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
