This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to develop their career with a reputable contractor. Key Responsibilities: Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects. Oversee subcontractor procurement, tenders, and contract negotiations. Process progress claims, variations, and ensure budget compliance. Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and provide financial reporting. Work closely with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Contract Administrator role. Background in education or commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement, and risk management. Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
