About The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our Infrastructure Assets team. In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support, ensuring efficient operations within the branch. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, managing customer requests, preparing documentation, and assisting with various administrative functions, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service. As part of the Infrastructure Assets team, your work will directly support the development and maintenance of essential infrastructure that benefits our community, including roads, stormwater drainage, bridges, and pathways. Your contributions will help drive the growth and sustainability of the region, making a real difference in the lives of our residents. About You Mandatory: Minimum of two years' experience in a high-volume, customer-focused office administration environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, with exceptional attention to detail in word processing and data entry. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently, as well as in a team setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism, tact, and discretion. A positive and professional attitude, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment. Capability to maintain accurate data systems and ensure compliance with organisational standards. Desired: Qualifications in a relevant discipline (business and/or administration) will be highly regarded. Previous experience in a Civil or Engineering environment will be highly regarded.
