What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks. Answering phones and responding to emails with professionalism and efficiency. Assisting our marketing team with social media activities, including messages, posts, and updates. Welcoming visitors and ensuring a warm, friendly reception. Preparing coffee and refreshments for meetings. Ordering office supplies and managing inventory. Performing general office duties as required.
