Your next opportunity With our large, nationally dispersed workforce at Boral, we deploy Chris21 and Kronos Time and Attendance systems. Moving from Workforce Central to UKG Pro WFM, an opportunity has arisen for a UKG / Kronos System Administrator to support the daily ongoing system operations. The role will extend to assisting with system configuration testing, whilst also providing support on BAU requirements. Your day will involve: Administrative operational support for the Kronos system, including but not limited to Assigning / ending adjustment rules, schedule groups, labour hire profiles, employment terms. Creating schedule groups, hyper finds, leave delegations, maintaining leave approvers Updating / creating allowance rates / paycodes / bonuses upon new Enterprise Agreements Testing of pay / work / adjustment rules created by System developer to ensure adherence to applicable Enterprise Agreements in a timely manner Answering queries via email and phone related to Kronos and Payroll Liaise with Business stakeholders and address issues: Industrial relations, Business Partners, Site Managers, Supervisors and Administrators Supporting training on the use of the time and attendance system for end users on WFC and Pro WFM Assisting with Payroll audit compliance requirements Supporting ongoing project for migration to UKG Pro WFM. What are we looking for? Demonstrated experience in Kronos WFC and/or UKG Pro WFM time and attendance system Payroll background with ERP administration (Chris21) experience is a benefit Team player with a flexible approach and strong problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office Suite is essential.
