You will be highly regarded if you have/are At least 4 years full time experience in a professional accountant's office Are highly software literate, this business is constantly reviewing and implementing cutting edge systems. Solid knowledge and experience with ASIC and corporate secretarial matters (Including address changes, share issue, share transfer, resignations appointments, etc.) Solid experience with all ATO matters (Tax Agents Portal, lodgment program, submission of ATO requests, deferral, remission, registrations etc. Experience with the formation of companies, trusts, self-managed super funds, liaising with law firms to vary deeds etc. Strong experience in FYI Docs Elite (Advance skills, Automations, Database maintenance) and Now Infinity (Corporate Document and Legal platform) Outstanding communication skills and enjoy building relationships with clients and understanding their needs. Well-developed interpersonal skills. You find it easy to put your thoughts into words - a natural conversationalist/presenter. You love to explain, to describe, to host, to speak and to write. Know how to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines Effectively manage an assistant (role, duties, review, task allocation, ensure efficiency) Are confident, bright and have a commonsense approach Have proven ability to manage client engagements and relationships Desire to do everything at 100% & a strong eye for detail Want to be part of a committed team Interested in career progression into practice management, bookkeeping and other opportunities within the firm that may interest you in future.
