It’s a part-time permanent position, ideal work hours being 9.00am to 3pm Monday to Friday. About the Role: You’ll be working alongside the Maintenance Team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager the job involves: Provide high level of administrative support, word processing, document preparation (weekly & monthly reports), information collation and spreadsheet management (high volume of data entry in MS Excel) Fielding phone and email enquiries identifying any urgent matters and scheduling with the team Raise purchase orders, approve invoices and reconciling, create and submit progress claims Order and maintain supplies and consumables Reviewing CCTV Maintaining accurate records of electronic filing structures and systems About you: Ideally, you’ll have a recent experience in a high-level administrative support role involving high-volume data entry, additionally: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to provide proof of Eligibility to Work in Australia Hold a current Drivers licence with reliable transport Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in a similar role involving administrative support in the Civil Construction industry Why work with Shadforth?
