Our Client is a long standing major 2nd tier builder. They have been in operation for over 40 years and turnover in excess of $400M annually. They specialise in commercial, industrial & institutional projects ranging in value from $5M - $200M. Their head office is based just off the CBD with the majority of the project delivery teams based there. They have recently secured a $40M institutional project in the South Eastern suburbs with a repeat Client and require an additional up & comer to round out the project team. The role is a Contract Administrator/Coordinator styled position. It will be tucked under the Project Manager and Senior CA and assist with the day-to-day operations of the project. Responsibilities will cover general administration/coordination, document control, RFI's, OHS & quality management, assisting with procurement and contract administration and sub-contractor management. To be considered you will be tertiary qualified in a construction related discipline with a minimum of 12 months industry experience working within the commercial market sector in a similar type of role. You will have a positive & enthusiastic attitude and a desire to grow a career in the construction industry.
