Join SICE Pty Ltd as a Support & Maintenance Engineer and play a critical role in the ongoing preventive and corrective maintenance, monitoring, and continuous upgrading of the Operation Management and Control Systems (OMCS) for various infrastructure projects. This position requires a hands-on approach and collaboration with internal teams to ensure the reliability and efficiency of systems in operation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance of OMCS and Integrated Operation Management and Control Systems (IOMCS) in operation. Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and operators for efficient management of the systems. Investigate and rectify issues and defects in the systems using SICE’s Service Management tool. Perform root cause analysis of complex problems impacting PLC and sub-systems. Assist with the implementation and testing of SICE projects under the support & maintenance scope. Manage the installation and deployment of new software releases. Perform regression testing for system or application upgrades. Create and update internal documentation, protocols, and procedures for system maintenance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in support and maintenance roles within technology systems. SQL Certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with Windows environments and basic skills in Windows administration. Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) or similar Service Management tools is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
