The Clients & Markets brings our purpose to life by accelerating firm growth and increasing our effectiveness in winning new work. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Developing growth strategies Project Management, communication, and presentation Insights and analytics Building relationships In our Clients & Markets team, your impact will be seen by: Working hand-in-glove with the Growth Priority Leader to operationalize the growth strategy, aligning with the Firm’s brand, market positioning, and revenue goals Partnering with Industry teams to embed Growth Priority objectives into client engagement strategies, focusing on high-impact opportunities Building and maintaining strong, actionable relationships with Industry, P250 priority account teams, and client leaders Proactively engaging with teams and challenging them to generate demand, ensuring conversations convert into measurable outcomes Orchestrating follow-up actions, ensuring commitments are tracked, delivered, and closed Providing input into the development of strategic campaigns and activate thereon to drive revenue and opportunities (e.g., sales enablement tools, case studies, tailored propositions) Positioning marketing as a growth enabler in collaboration with Growth Priority Marketing Leads Using Salesforce, PowerBI, and other tools to track pipeline, growth and performance against target from a Growth Priority, Industry, account portfolio and firm-wide basis Identifying gaps and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership Driving collaboration across Clients & Markets, Lines of Service, and global teams to leverage best practices, assets, and market insights Bringing a “challenge mindset” to discussions, ensuring teams deliver high-value solutions to client needs Shaping the Growth Priority operating rhythm, managing reviews, progress tracking, and alignment with Clients & Markets leadership More About You You are someone who takes initiative, is resilient, a problem solver and thrives in driving conversations to successful outcomes (connecting the dots) You have a proven track record of successfully developing growth strategies and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth You are a hands-on operator who works closely with leadership, account teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, able to overcome disruption in a high performance, fast paced culture You are proficient in identifying trends, monitor progress, and report on outcomes You are familiar and strong use with digital tools (e.g. CRM, Salesforce) Reports to: Industries & Growth Director Dotted line (key stakeholder) BMR Growth Priority Lead Partner About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
