Description We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Administration Assistant to join our team, reporting to the Manager – Quality, Compliance and Safety you will be responsible for ensuring compliance documentation is accurate and providing general administrative support to ensure compliance requirements are met. This is a 12-month fixed-term full-time position The key areas of focus in this role: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and booking of staff compliance training programs. Assist staff with renewing and applying for required clearances before expiry dates are passed (e.g., Working With Children Check, Police Checks, etc.). Contribute to a safe workplace by following safety procedures, using PPE, and reporting hazards or incidents. Generate compliance reports for internal audits and QCS Manager review. Respond to employee inquiries related to compliance and training. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the Foundation's policies Provide administrative support to the QCS Manager in planning and executing training programs, maintaining policy/procedure and ISO 9001 requirements. Provide reception coverage on an ad-hoc basis. You may be what we are looking for if you have the following experience / skills: Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in compliance or training coordination. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant data management software. Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly regarded but not essential - Certificate in Business Administration, Compliance, or related field Previous experience working within a quality and compliance. Essential Requirements: Ability to obtain: Police clearance, Working with Children and Department of Justice. You must have valid working rights to eligible for this role.
