The Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator in Melbourne to become an integral part of our Legal PA team, and provide office and practice group aligned administrative support. Embracing a team-working approach, this role will provide support to the Legal PA's with administrative tasks and act as our Front of House/Facilities as required while also collaborating with lawyers and other members of the firm. In this role you will receive training and mentoring to provide support across varying areas of the business including office administration, relief reception, junior legal PA support, assistance with events, and a range of other tasks. Key duties and responsibilities include: Support the Legal PA team with administrative and overflow tasks Act as float support for the Legal PA team when they are on leave, providing assistance to lawyers Provide reception/front of house cover as required Provide any on-the-ground office administration support, including supporting lawyers with administrative tasks Maintain filing and archive systems Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements; prepare and submit expenses The ideal candidate possesses: 1-year minimum of office administration experience in professional services, legal services ideal Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with ability to learn and apply new skills Good organisational skills and willingness to handle multiple priorities Excellent communication and inter-personal skills (oral and written) A proactive approach as well as the confidence to take initiative when faced with new challenges Due to the nature of the role, in-office attendance is required on a full-time basis.
