The Role As a Purchasing Administrator , you will play a crucial role in supporting procurement operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient purchasing of goods and services. Your responsibilities will include: Processing purchase orders and tracking deliveries Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement Maintaining and updating inventory records Assisting with invoice matching and resolving discrepancies Coordinating with the finance team for accurate record-keeping Supporting the purchasing team with general administrative duties Your Profile We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can hit the ground running.
