The Opportunity: Kewpie Group is looking for a motivated person with office experience to undertake administrative tasks associated with the reporting and management functions across the group of companies that are firmly entrenched in the agriculture industry including pigs, cattle, stockfeed milling, rural sales and equipment, and transport. The Person: While specific job training will be provided, the position will require applicants to be able to demonstrate: Strong keyboard and data entry skills. A sound working knowledge with MS Office. Experience with office procedures and basic accounting principles. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task. The ability to create and process essential documentation. A strong commitment to your team. Willingness to assist and learn in other operational areas if required. A current driver licence. Although not essential requirements, preference may be shown to applicants also able to provide: Experience with livestock records management. Experience with MYOB. The Duties: Duties will be diverse across all areas of the business as required, however the primary focus will include: Record livestock details and numbers into spreadsheets and programmes such as MetaFarms, Australian Pork Limited and AgriWebb. Accurate data entry. Prepare relevant herd management reports. Collate and process data for contractor / grower payments. Assist with accounts, credit management and inventory control. Process feed orders for production in the stockfeed mill. Attend some site visits to piggeries and properties if requested. Provide assistance with: General reception duties. Sales counter customer service. Retail displays. Maintaining clean and tidy office and showroom areas. Remuneration: Pay rates will be Award based and depend upon the level of experience and skills of the successful applicant.
