ABOUT THE ROLE They are looking for a Finance System Administrator for a 6-month contract to enhance and optimise their financial systems. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to lead system configuration, implement key finance process improvements, and support critical finance projects. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work closely with the CFO and CEO, as well as finance consultants, to drive efficiencies, automation, and accuracy within the finance system. DUTIES: Administer and maintain Certinia (previously FinancialForce) within a Salesforce-native finance environment Identify and update suboptimal system processes and functionality Implement key finance system upgrades before FY26, including financial consolidation migration, absorption costing, and intercompany invoicing Work with consultants and internal stakeholders to optimise system reporting and automation Ensure data integrity and quality control, resolving discrepancies and improving reporting accuracy Provide user support and training to enhance system usage across the finance team and wider business Assist in finance-related projects, integrations, and process improvement initiatives SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as a Finance System Administrator or in a similar role Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA/Chartered qualification is not required but beneficial Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and/or Salesforce is highly desirable Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data integrity and process optimisation Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS A newly created role where you can leverage your expertise and make a meaningful impact Flexible work arrangements – 1 day working from home Work on exciting financial system optimisation projects with a leading tech company Collaborative and innovative team environment Opportunity to contribute to a company that is shaping the future of its industry Please note, As this is a fixed-term contract, we require an ASAP start, so please apply only if you are immediately available or on a short notice period.
