About you You will be an exceptional degree-qualified E arly C hildhood T eacher, have an excellent understanding of inclusive and family - centred early childhood practice and a willingness to share your knowledge and to grow and learn. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll work with a team of early childhood professionals to deliver SDN’s innovative, high quality and inclusive program for children, while building strong, meaningful relationships with children and families, and delivering the support of the SDN village to their lives. About the team Honouring the Cammeraygal people as the land's traditional custodians, we focus on the critical early years of brain development. About the role In this role you will t ake the lead in the development, delivery and evaluation of a quality early learning program for children , catering to the individual children’s strengths, interests and needs. You will do this through actively creating a stimulating, positive and developmentally appropriate environment to foster and support all facets of child development . You will also lead and imple ment processes that support consultation with children and families.
