About the Role This position is more than just administration—it’s about maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the organisation. Your organisational skills and attention to detail will be key to driving success. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: Managing daily correspondence, maintain accurate client records, and oversee document management Communicating with the ATO, ASIC, and other regulatory bodies to address client queries and compliance requirements Preparing and collating tax returns, financial statements, invoices, and engagement contracts Scheduling and coordinating meetings, prepare documentation, and ensure teams stay aligned and efficient Monitoring and streamlining administrative workflows to enhance productivity About You Demonstrated experience working in a high-level administration role in the Finance sector Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage your time effectively Possess exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and manage internal and external relations within the company For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please reach out to Laila Hoy on lhasr.com.au.
