With the Australian business expanding & due to a recent restructure they are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the engineering team on a fulltime basis. Based in the Parramatta area this is a great opportunity to join a well-known business with a reputation for looking after their staff and providing a supportive workplace culture. The Role You will be supporting the Engineering Manager with your main responsibilities including: Adhere to all company procedures, including Safety & Quality Management Systems, and Maintenance Organisation procedures Assist in management of internal and external work orders, including data entry of job labour hours and parts and processing of jobs for external client invoicing Working internally with Inventory & Warehouse teams Project administration Maintain accurate records Look for system & process improvement Participate in internal audits General office duties Preferred Experience The successful candidate will possess admin experience in a similar role in a commercial environment (engineering, manufacturing, construction, logistics, etc).
