We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead the operational strategies across our diverse business units. Position Overview: We are seeking a National Sales Manager to drive business growth and build strong relationships in the healthcare sector. This is a stand-alone role, perfect for a results-driven individual passionate about sales, marketing, and client engagement. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, aligning them with our innovative products and services, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably within healthcare, aged care, or disability support sectors. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales growth and meeting revenue targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategic recommendations. Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams. Experience using CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and marketing software. Knowledge of aged care accreditation, NDIS standards, and industry compliance. What You Bring to the Role: A Bachelor’s degree or relevant Qualification in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in a healthcare setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
