About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support our team on a temporary basis. This role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, by providing efficient administrative and clerical support across various business functions. If you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Duties: Provide general administrative support to multiple departments, ensuring seamless office operations. Manage and maintain records, databases, and documentation in accordance with company policies. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations. Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports. Support HR, finance, or logistics teams with ad-hoc administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate business operations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Skills and Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in automotive or corporate environments is a plus). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
