Role Overview: We are seeking a Design and Campaign Manager to lead the development of branded assets and marketing campaigns for our client. This role combines creative design expertise with campaign management, focusing on delivering innovative and engaging marketing solutions. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of campaigns while leading a small design team. Key Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver innovative and on-brand design solutions. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency. Mentor and guide the graphic designer within the team. Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, such as quarterly promotions, wellness initiatives, and corporate reporting. Create assets for print and digital platforms, including flyers, banners, social media, and website visuals. Coordinate with suppliers for the production of branded merchandise and printed materials. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals. Manage stakeholder review and approvals to ensure brand compliance and high-quality outputs. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing campaign management and graphic design. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Proven ability to deliver creative, customer-focused design solutions across traditional and digital platforms. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, written/verbal communication skills, and proofreading abilities. Experience in a corporate or in-house design environment is highly regarded. Highly Desirable Skills: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Drupal, Canva, or Figma. Agency-side experience is a bonus. Why Apply?
