Whether it be men’s, women’s or youth staple pieces to compliment your look and style, Gildan Brands will have a great value and quality option to meet your needs Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Oversee the day-to-day operation of services in a busy retail environment Responsible for products that are purchased for the Business. Identify, control and develop merchandise planning processes and practices, to ensure the Business obtains the best value for expenditure on goods and services and seek ways to improve efficiencies and ensure merchandise planning compliance. Audit and provide key advice in developing, reviewing and implementing merchandise planning processes and practice. Develop, compile, reconcile, and/ or update information in vendor and stock databases to provide effective processing, information management and reporting. Co-ordinate the overall operation of Business's purchasing and merchandise planning function to ensure goods, works and services are provided at the most competitive rates. Liaise with Business' suppliers for products to ensure the most up-to-date data is available for the supply of goods and services. Preparation of reports and presentations to management as required. Managing budgets and financial plans through monitoring expenditure and costs ensuring financial resources are used effectively Work Experience and Skills: Relevant Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a managerial role. Strong attention to detail and quick learning ability. Strategic and innovative mindset with clear communication skills. Exceptional leadership qualities, able to engage and motivate teams. Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
