Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Admin Assistant Intern to join our host legal firm in Dandenong. This part-time internship is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or current students who are looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. As an Admin Assistant Intern, you will support daily administrative operations, enhance your soft skills, and gain valuable insights. Depending on your performance, there may be opportunities for a transition to a full-time position within the company after the internship period. Key Responsibilities: Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. Support the team with client correspondence and communication. Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members. Assist in preparing legal documents and reports as required. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Participate in team meetings and contribute to various projects as needed. Qualifications: Recent graduates or currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Law, or related disciplines). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
