THE ROLE Liaise with internal Duratec team and external stakeholders Coordinate pre-mobilisation documents Coordinate HOTO deliverables as specified by the contract, E&IG Planning and HOTO Checklists Communicate regularly with the local Newcastle teams Complete Estate data sourcing, shell creation and submittal, where defined by the project scope documents Provide progressive updates on HOTO deliverables at client progress meetings Monitor commissioning activities including documentation Liaise with contractors to ensure their HOTO responsibilities are understood Coordinate as built drawings Source and apply Estate labelling Compile Facility user guides, Operations and Maintenance Manual, ARN/NoD documents ect.
