This role will provide key data-driven insights to help improve sales performance, working closely with Sales Leadership teams across multiple international markets. What Your Exciting Days Will Look Like: Own the single source of truth for sales data, including key metrics, dimensions, and channel attribution. Deliver critical sales performance analytics, from global leadership reports to conversion rate optimisation and commission tracking. Provide operational support for Sales and Product teams, including sales efficiency initiatives and pipeline management. Conduct analysis and reporting for consultant compliance and quota setting, driving impactful decisions. Collaborate with teams across various functions, including Marketing, Finance, and Product, to ensure seamless data flow and support strategic initiatives. What You’ll Bring to the Team: Proven experience in sales, product, or analytics, with 5 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in SQL & Databricks for data extraction and transformation. Expertise in BI tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, and advanced Excel, including Salesforce. Ability to craft clear, insightful data visualizations and tell compelling stories with data. Strong business requirement-gathering skills and ability to influence stakeholders. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize sales processes.
