Your day will involve: Project Administration: Manage project costs, send out invoices, and reconcile project accounts to keep everything on track. Accounts Payable: Create purchase orders and process incoming invoices to ensure timely payments. Reporting: Generate reports to help track project progress and financial health. General Office Tasks: Handle paperwork, filing, archiving and other routine office duties. Project related tasks – such as resource scheduling, document control, etc. What are we looking for? 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role Strong people and communication skills; Ability to quickly adapt to new software and processes Good organisational and multi-tasking skills with an ability to prioritise competing deadlines Strong attention to detail What’s on offer?
