We want to hear from you About the role West HQ is seeking customer service professionals to join the team Our Concierge staff are responsible for meeting, greeting and signing in our Members and Guests as well as providing key information and direction. This position also involves ensuring the appropriate legislative processes are performed accurately when allowing people entry into the venue including RSA. Our perfect fit: Has a high level of customer service, excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills. Will provide information on events, activities and services occurring and have an ability to quickly learn about the products and services available across the business and use a computer well. Is a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations. What will you need to be considered?
