We are looking for an organised, diligent and admin savvy Customer Service Officer to join our well established fashion wholesale client in Fairfield. Duties include: Order entry and processing Invoicing Responding to customer and internal emails Managing returns (for online customers and boutiques) Assisting customers with refunds when required Maintaining solid relationships with retail customers. Taking ownership of customer issues Answering inbound calls (very few as most communication is via email) Checking stock availability to fulfill orders on time The company uses Apparel21 (AP21) so experience with this system or another ERP would be advantageous.
