The position As a Technical Sales specialist the role will require your product and application knowledge matched with customer service skills. You will need to be an excellent communicator, organised, and can prioritise and consistently exceed customer expectations. Duties include: Utilities your technical, commercial and sales skills by providing customer support. Responding to customer enquiries (Contractors & Wholesalers). Providing pricing information, organizing quotes & invoices. Sell products over the phone and face to face. Maintain & grow customer relationships by offering solutions and information. Opportunity to get involved with new business & product development. Skills & experience required: Experience in the gas industry is ESSENTIAL. Top notch customer service & people skills are a must A proven sales record will receive additional interest. Good IT knowledge – Salesforce experience is advantageous.
